My husband and I ordered our mirrors and thought it would take a couple of weeks to get them. We received the mirrors within three days. They were absolutely gorgeous and what we expected. One mirror had been minimally damaged, but the customer service team corrected the problem in a very timely manner. As a first time buyer I am extremely satisfied.
