RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return authorization.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned in its original packaging with all protective materials included. Proof of purchase is required.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

All returns must be approved by Posh & Polish Variety LLC before being shipped back. Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA). Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective items, including items returned due to buyer's remorse, change of mind, personal preference, color variations, size expectations, or dissatisfaction with the style or appearance of the product.

Due to the size, weight, and fragile nature of our mirrors, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Items must be returned in their original packaging and adequately protected for transit. Any item that is damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging may be subject to a partial refund or may not qualify for a refund.

Buyers are responsible for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.

MIRROR AND HANDCRAFTED ITEM DISCLAIMER

Many of our products are decorative items and may contain minor variations in finish, dimensions, framing, color tone, or craftsmanship. Such variations are considered normal characteristics of the product and are not considered defects.

Slight variations in measurements, alignment, finish, or appearance do not qualify as manufacturing defects and are not grounds for a return at our expense.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

  • The damaged item

  • The shipping box

  • All packaging materials

  • The shipping label

Failure to provide the required documentation may delay or prevent claim processing.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
